The Sathguru Sri Seshadri Swamigal Brindavanam Trust was formed in 1991 under the chairmanship of Sri. K.V.L.N.Sharma divine astrologer and chief disciple of the Sathguru . Even after his Maha Samadhi in 1929 Sri Sheshadri Swamigal divine sage of Tiruvanamalai continues to guide his disciples from the numinous plane. A renowned saint of extreme God realization the Sathguru has remained Guru and guide to scores of disciples around the world. The SSSSB Trust works to propagate the message and ideals of the Sathguru .

As instructed by the Sathguru and under his guidance through Sri Sharma, the Trust has consecrated the Universal Shrine at Madampakkam near Tambaram , Chennai, South India. Dedicated to the Mother Goddess in her form as the Maha Meru as per the ancient Sri Vidya tradition, to 18 Siddha Purushas masters of infinite enlightment and to the Sathguru the Universal Temple is today a temple of peace and solace to hundreds of disciples from varied classes, castes, religions and nationalities. A unique complex the Universal Shrine is the only one of its kind in the world reflecting the depth of India's spiritual traditions, the sacred system of Sri Vidya and the mystical heritage of the sages of God realization. Started with a core group of committed disciples in 1991, the Trust today has branches around the globe. Within India and abroad, disciples come together to support the extensive work of social and spiritual regeneration under taken by the Trust under the supervision of Shri Sharma.

The main projects on hand apart from the Universal Temple are a rural hospital, an old age home, a poor feeding center and a center for Siddha research. Extensive activities in the welfare field are on going as is the work of research and documentation of several aspects of Siddha philosophy and the profound knowledge of these masters of enlightment . 

The SSSSB Trust is committed to regenerating mankind economically and spiritually. All activities are open to all persons with no restrictions of class, caste, religion or nationality. A center for the propagation of Siddha thought , the SSSSB Trust is working to make available to mankind the ancient wisdom of the Siddhars , masters who took birth to alleviate mankind, their profound knowledge and their infinite blessings.
